Judy has been with The People Bank since 2002. As Branch Manager, she is committed to building a strong team of Staffing Professionals focused on integrity, relationship building, and finding placements that fit. Judy strives to understand the needs of her clients' corporate cultures in order to tailor her candidate recommendations to their business. Her professionalism and expertise has helped her maintain her long term clients who trust her to attend to their temporary and permanent placements. Judy currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Dream Factory (a nonprofit organization fulfilling dreams of Manitoba Children with life threatening illnesses) and is currently serving as President for The Winnipeg Business Club.
Anastasia joined The People Bank's Winnipeg team in 2008 and is a creative recruitment professional. With her strong personal skills and outstanding service, she consistently provides her clients with placements that fit. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba and is currently pursuing her Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation with ACSESS. Specializing in Production, Distribution, and Warehouse Management, she is adaptable to the needs of both her clients and her candidates.
Melissa brings more than 12 years of industry expertise to The People Bank. Melissa specializes in providing recruitment solutions to her valued clients in the Winnipeg area specializing in Sales and Marketing as well as Bilingual roles. Fluently bilingual she has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg and is currently pursuing her Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation with ACSESS. Above all, Melissa is committed to adding long-term value to her clients' organizations through the successful recruitment of top talent.
With an outgoing and enthusiastic attitude, Julie comes to The People Bank with a strong background in customer service and sales. She has her Human Resource Management certificate from University of Manitoba and has started her CPC. Since joining The People Bank in 2011, Julie has focused on meeting our clients and candidates temporary needs in a variety of office settings. She also specializes in recruiting Junior Administrative and Insurance candidates in permanent roles. With her genuine interest in helping others and competitive spirit, Julie is a great addition to our dynamic team, as our Temporary Placement Recruiter.
Marnie Tod is a talented and outgoing recruiter with over 13 years in the human resources field, 10 of which are in the recruiting industry specializing in manufacturing and skilled trades. She has her Human Resources Certificate and is in the process of obtaining her diploma in HR from the University of Winnipeg and her CPC through ACSESS. Marnie's strong interpersonal skills and casual yet professional demeanor gives her the ability to connect with her candidates. Marnie fills both the temporary and permanent recruitment needs of our ever growing client base. In our Winnipeg office, Marnie's role is Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager.
With his excellent communication skills, desire to succeed, quick wit, and warm personality, Derek Siemens is able to provide our clients with the service they are looking for. As a Search and Placement Consultant, Derek offers a notable background in the areas of Accounting and Finance recruiting. Prior to joining The People Bank, Derek worked, for the past seven years, exclusively as an Accounting and Finance recruiter. His previous experience in Accounting spans 13 years, and includes a broad set of front-line to managerial accounting positions in both public and private organizations and includes manufacturing, broadcasting, real-estate and retail industries. Derek has obtained his Certificate in Accounting from the University of Manitoba.
A highly-organized and process-driven administrator, Iris has been with The People Bank for over seven years. She is the “go-to person” for the staff in her office who loves the challenge of coming up with new and creative solutions and prides herself in being extremely dependable and flexible. Iris has a background in School administration and the Insurance Industry and enjoys travelling and being with her family.
