The People Bank, is currently recruiting for a Workforce Management Specialist. Our client is a Canadian, world-class marketing firm located in Mississauga.
The successful candidate must be flexible to work shifts within a 7 day/24 hr call centre operation.
Responsibilities:
• This person will be responsible in assisting with the management duties of two call centres, in Mississauga and in Etobicoke.
• The ideal candidate will be able to schedule 250 people between 2 call centers which operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• Maintain accurate count of employees, and incorporate all vacations, breaks, sick staff
• They will need to also administer payroll and vacation
• Effectively report all call centre statistics including: interval, monthly, weekly and daily executive and client reporting
• Develop ad-hoc reporting using Excel, Crystal, Workforce
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in analytical role including scheduling and forecasting
• Strong Experience in Crystal Reports, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible to work shifts within a 24 hr, 7 day’s a week call centre
• Must be available twice a month or less on Saturday and Sunday
